Drehle Barn

Trailside Metro District offers the Drehle Barn as a rental to the community for residents and non-residents.  The following guidelines must be agreed to upon the rental of the facility:

  • The renter must be present at the event.
  • A rental fee or deposit is due within 10 days of the reservation.
  • The facility may not be rented to anyone under the age of 21.
  • The event reservation will be confirmed by email after the agreement and deposit are received.
  • District Facilities reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Premises must be vacated by the agreed time.
  • Renter will inspect the District Facility before use and report any issues prior to the event setup.
  • Weather:  Keep in mind that the District Facility is exposed to the elements, and snow/ice removal might not be complete before the event.  The Renter and Renter's guests should use caution when entering, leaving, and attending the event.
  • The renter agrees to no smoking of any kind in or within 100ft of the facility.

The barn may be reserved up to 60 days in advance. Only one rental is permitted per day, with a maximum duration of four hours. Please note that the barn is not heated and is available for rental on a seasonal basis, from May through September.
